Many people have said that this game is rigged, and they are correct!! I have never spun so many times and got zero returns.

If I could only leave zero stars- I would. I got this game just to pass the time and then I found myself spending money on it. Little did I know that the payouts were corrupt fully corrupt. And I told myself I would not spend another dime on till they loosened up the slots. I’ve been playing this for over a year now and I’m still at the bottom. I believe unless they refund my money I am going to leave a negative review and play every day until I come back up on what I had. Not too many other slots are tight like this one. They’re free spins are a joke and I would not recommend someone spending their money on this because it does not make me want to go to the actual casino. Rip off report. And I guess it doesn’t hurt to ask, but can I get my coins back?

Games are fun to play with lots of challenges. But often when you win a bunch of coins the game freezes, forcing you to close it without collecting your coins. As you must buy coins for real money with your reward only virtual by winning tournaments or more play coins, a frozen game is very frustrating. The bug needs attention as one reviewer noted above. I have a new iPhone so the problem is not mine. In the last three days different slots have frozen so I will not play until it is fixed. I lost too many winnings!

Something changed on the platform this week and I now have to start zero coins ! This app used to be great. I enjoy the fun of the slots. I am really getting sick of when I enter slot tournaments there’s guests who are in the top spots on the tournament. These guests are on a higher level than I am and I am at a very high level. I have contacted the customer support department requesting assistance and other than the automated service ticket being open, nothing else was done. It has been over 2 months now and no-one has contacted me. Such a shame considering I have at times put in real money purchasing chips and tickets. I love all of the games. What I don't like is they reduce the prizes depending upon how many people are playing. The problem is you don't know how many people are playing so Once you're in the tournament you cannot back out that is very unfair. You end up paying full price for the tournament but the prize may be anything and not what they're telling you. Somebody please tell them this is not real money. I just played a tournament for 25 million nobody else played show they gave me my 25 million back exclamation think about the time I put into playing. Do they think it's real money does it matter if they paid the purse out as advertised? Funnier still, they cut 10% of the pot!!!

The games are pretty good, good variety, but they have issues that aren’t addressed when brought to their attention, i.e. bonus spins not being run on last spin, credits left box empty, not updating progress area, now no tournaments are able to be run…. Many games don’t display remaining credits…. Be cautious…

First off I think Apple needs to rethink allowing your app in their App Store. You double bill, don’t give points when the are wone and now your site has been down for maintenance for almost a week and I tried again today and it is still down for maintenance. I think I will call Apple and make a formal complaint about you.
